In Brisbane the garden doesn’t slow down much. It changes for sure. But it’s still fairly productive.
I have habanero’s going crazy till, lots of herbs like oregano, rosemary and thyme plus chives, basil and parsley all going well.
I have asparagus, beetroot, kol rabi and carrots in one of my raised beds. I also have spinach, tomatoes and lettuce in the other. I out chives planted every where.
The natives have started to slow their growth, I’m seeing the weeds slowing down also so that is a definite plus. There is so much to do between fertilising, weeding and mulching to keep the warmth in the soil. It’s been wetter than usual at this time of year, the days are still hot.
Wishing you endless inspiration and flourishing creativity in your art and garden endeavors. Happy creating!
